Customer satisfaction and reliability are the basic working principles of Hidroekol Engineering. Return and exchange processes for products you have purchased or revised are carried out according to the following principles:
Return and Exchange Conditions
- Return/exchange is accepted for standard products that are in their original packaging and have not been assembled within 14 business days from the delivery date.
- Returns are not accepted for specially manufactured and customer-specific projected parts, except for manufacturing defects.
- For products delivered with a test report, malfunctions caused by user error or hydraulic oil contamination are outside the scope of warranty.
